DHL is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our UK warehouse.
JACK1T is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. *SALE items will be packaged in our branded bag only, allowing us to offer great savings on these lines.*
We’ve partnered with DHL Express to ensure deliveries are carbon neutral; offsetting emissions through initiatives such as electric vans and climate protection projects.
We recognise this is just the start of the mission, as we strive to reduce our footprint.
For security reasons, JACK1T purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of packages delivered are as stated on the delivery confirmation document, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of packages delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents. (Update: in response to current Covid-19 situation, DHL will not ask for a physical signature at this time)
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
UK Customers: We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.

Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses via DHL.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
As JACK1T purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder's registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
