We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you. 

With reference to the above, we run quality checks on: 

- stains, blemishes, scuffs, tears, odour (perfumes,aftershave etc) sweat marks, water damage. 

Follow the links below to process a return. Please ensure that your parcel is securely sealed with tape. 

For UK returns please click here - Returns are processed by Royal Mail. You will be able to create a returns label and search for your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or drop off point. 

For USA returns are free. Please email us at returns@jack1t.uk and we will generate a returns label to be sent to you.

Our returns process is as follows:

  • Jack1t allows for a 30-day return window.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 
  • *Jack1t is not responsible or liable for any missing return items. Please track your parcel and ensure that your return is securely packaged.
  • We don't offer exchanges.You will need to return your original order, await your refund and then make a new order should you wish to do so.  
Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

 

FULL PRICE 

At full price we offer 1 FREE RETURN per order, per customer. A customer cannot create multiple single orders to receive another free return. Should you reorder after 14 days the 1 free return will apply again.

DISCOUNTED/ ON-SALE - *NO FREE RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS* 

For any on sale products that have been returned, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

 REFUNDS 

We aim for all refunds be processed and issued within 7 days of your item coming back to us. Please allow for 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account post your refund notification.

  • For any on sale/discounted % products that have been returned, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • Should our returns team be satisfied your order is processed onto our biweekly returns report.

  • Refunds will be issued on Mondays and Fridays depending on return date. Please allow for 5/7 days from the receipt of your return for refunds to be issued.

  • Refunds will take 3/5 working days to reflect. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days please contact us at clientservices@jack1t.uk
